So. You've worked out for months and months now, maybe years, and you are still exactly where you were when you started. Or maybe you have made some progress but wish you would have seen more, or maybe you reached your goal but couldn't keep the weight off. And now you are thinking that it is time to quit and explore other options.
I am here to tell you that you are thinking the wrong way about all of this. Why don't we shift our thinking and say to ourselves, "well, nothing worth having was ever easy or was every achieved without a little adversity. And now when I get there it is going to feel that much sweeter.
We never give up, we never quit, we never get comfortable. We always try to improve. Always push for more. When one goal gets reached, set another one. Self improvement both physically and mentally is necessary measure to take when we want to be what we are capable of, and our full potential can never be reached without both of them.
I challenge you to set a new goal for yourself each month. One physical goal and one mental. Keep yourself accountable and set a new one when the first one gets reached. A few small goals reached turn into big ones very quickly.
