Too often in the fitness industry we hear people talking about weight loss, or any fitness goal for that matter, like there is a final destination in the future. This means that after putting all of the hard work into changing habits and working towards the goal that they had committed themselves to, they still had plans to go back to the way that they started in terms of their habits and hope to maintain what they had earned. 

My friends, this is just not how it works. Health and fitness is not a diet, it is not a quick fix, it is not a period of time. Health and fitness refers to changing your lifestyle to promote health and quality of life, and there is nothing temporary about those two things. 

Whenever you set a goal, and whatever that goal is, I challenge everyone reading this email to strive to change your habits for good. Not just for a little while. I give you my word that if you decide from the very beginning that you are going to make your changes permanent that you will finally feel the way that you want to feel, be as healthy as you want to be, and the changes you make will become contagious to everyone around you. Make changes, and watch how many other people you will help because of what you do.
