Beginner Kickstart Personal Training Program Classes Enrolling In February


Our KICKSTART PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM includes the following excellent features and could be a great way to kickstart your health and fitness.

A comprehensive 4 week training program to give you a platform to reach your goals and get you headed down the path to health and fitness. You always have the option to continue if you choose to do so.

  1. 2-4 sessions per week with your trainer.
  2. Weekly workouts designed by your trainer for you to get done on your own time in addition to your training days to complete the weekly workout cycle.
  3. A fully customized nutritional plan and personalized mobile app to track your nutrition and help keep you accountable when you are not at the gym.
  4. Pre, during, and post program evaluations to assess body composition and track results to keep both of us accountable/
  5. Free locker and no additional membership fee.
  6. Constant and ongoing support from your trainer.
