1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I wanted to lose some weight and work on gaining some muscle strength. The
Kickstart Program seemed to offer the perfect plan for that. The complete program
offered that and so much more.
2. What results have you achieved since starting your program.
After 4 weeks of being on the program and sticking to the exercise & nutrition plan: I
lost almost 5 pounds of Body Fat Mass (lbs). I gained 0.3 in Skeletal Muscle Mass
(lbs). I lost 2% Body Fat. My BMI dropped 0.8%.
3. What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
The best part of having a trainer is having someone to hold you accountable. Tim
gave you that extra push when needed. He gave you the confidence to succeed.
He will push you and motivate you. You walk away knowing that you are able to do
more when you put your mind to it. The workouts were challenging and because of
that came the good results. You will increase your strength and build lean muscle. I
never walked away after the workouts and had regrets about working out. Felt good
and challenged but very happy to see that I could better myself each time.
4. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
Give the program a try. The 4-Week KickStart Program is enough to start you on
your path to health and wellness. The weight loss and building of strength are the
results you can look forward to achieving. Give yourself a head start for the New
Year. I am happy with my results. This will inspire me to continue on my path to

1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
Having never done weight training, I knew I needed help to get started. This seemed like the
perfect way to get started with that and also lose some weight at the same time.
2. What results have you achieved since starting your program.
After 4 weeks of being on the programs and sticking to the exercise & nutrition plan:
I lost 8 pounds of weight and almost 6% of Body Fat Mass (lbs). I gained 3 pounds in Skeletal
Muscle Mass.
3. What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
Having a trainer with the knowledge that Tim has I knew he could jump start me in the right
direction. He pushed me in the 4 week program to limits I didn't think I could reach. I was doing
weights I never imagined when I signed up. The workouts were challenging but the feeling you
left there with afterwards made you want to continue. Results were seen in very little time. It
was easy to tell from the start Tim was there to guide me along and make sure I would
succeed.
4. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
For anyone thinking about getting started just give it a try. When you can see results like I
achieved in just 4 weeks you know it was well worth it. It's not just the training and exercise but
learning the nutrition part of the program is something you will take home with you and use
forever. It's one of the best decisions I ever made.
Meghann has not only lost 20 pounds on the scale but she has found a new passion for health and fitness that she will carry on for years to come!
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I’ve always been active, whether it was playing tennis or practicing martial arts for a number of years, but I never truly focused on nutrition. After being in a car accident that left me with a back injury, it became difficult to keep up my participation in the activities that I enjoyed. Fast forward through four busy years of college where staying fit and eating well had taken a backseat, I realized that I needed a routine to stick to that would keep me focused and motivated. My boyfriend and I decided to start a program together with the intention that we’d be each other’s support and keep each other on track.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I’ve lost a significant amount of weight, but what I gained is far more important. About two months into the program, it become less about the numbers on the scale will carry on for years to come! and more about working toward being happier and healthier. I became focused on what I could do rather than what I couldn’t do, and in the process I discovered power-lifting, so I started training for my first power-lifting meet. This program has been incredibly rewarding because I feel fantastic and so much healthier, and I’ve loved learned more about nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was able to safely train through an existing back injury, and now I’m feeling stronger than ever. So if you only look at the numbers, the scale will say that I’ve lost about twenty pounds and 8% body fat, but the scale won’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed this entire journey or how excited I am to keep going.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
The best part about the program is the support and encouragement, and it comes from every staff member at Oak Creek Fitness. The environment is fantastic; it feels as if everyone is cheering you on. You get out of this program what you put into it, but you get someone coaching you every step of the way. They want you to succeed just as much you do. My boyfriend and I work with Tim, and he always keeps the training sessions fun and interesting. When I said I was interested in competing in a power-lifting meet, he changed our training program and worked with both of us to improve our strength and still continue working toward our weight loss goals. He’s incredibly patient, knows exactly what he’s doing, and it’s great to work with someone who is enthusiastic and truly loves their job. He definitely went above and beyond to help us reach our respective goals.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
We are told so often, “You only get one body, so treat it well,” and that’s exactly what you should do. Invest in a personal training program that will give you all the tools to take care of yourself and keep yourself healthy long after you’ve completed your program. You won’t regret it. This was the best investment that I’ve made and I’m so glad that I’ve found a new hobby and lifestyle that I can enjoy for years to come.
Todd has lost 30 lbs while training with Tim. He looks and feels so much better as he improves his health and longevity.
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I’ve always liked exercising. But, I had my left knee replaced in 2012 and gained about 45 pounds. I found myself getting extremely lazy. When I exercised, I started cutting it short. I saw no results at all. Then, I started watching the trainers at Oak Creek Fitness and realized that they were doing great things with their clients. I decided that I wanted the same results.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I started with Tim in April of 2017. (I weighed 252 pounds on April 1, 2017.) Today is September 18, 2017. I now weigh 222 pounds, and I am a lot stronger.
I’ve gone down four inches in the waist of my pants!
I’ve set personal bests in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
I’m a competitive ski racer and anticipate better results this coming winter simply because I’m stronger and much less “bulky!”
I just “feel” better!
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
Tim works with me to set goals that are realistic and achievable. He has shown me how to eat correctly in order to feel full while also losing weight.
Tim is friendly, patient, and truly knows his physiology. That makes a huge difference when trying to progress.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
If you are even thinking about a trainer, you must see some benefit in it. I say “try it.” The worst that will happen is that you don’t like it. If that is the case, stop. But, I think you will find that you were right all along. Having a trainer makes you more accountable to yourself. No one else can do that for you.
In 6 months Jordan has lost 35 pounds and has completely changed his lifestyle to be and remain healthier for the rest of his life!!!
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I was getting married and wanted to lose some weight before the wedding. In addition to that I wanted to be healthier and in better shape.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I met my original goal and had to set a new one! I have lost over 40lbs and 12 inches off my waist since I started training with Tim at Oak Creek Fitness. I am healthier and have more energy.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
I would go in streaks of going to the gym by myself but I would eventually stop because I didn’t have the motivation to keep doing it. When I was with Tim he was always encouraging me to push myself and do better. It’s because of him that I went about and beyond my fitness goat and have become a healthier person. Even though I am not doing the personal training anymore, he instilled the motivation in me to keep putting it hard work and watching my eating habits.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
I definitely recommend it! As soon as you see the hard work you can put in while working with Tim or Ryan you know it was worth all the time and effort. It’s the right step to making yourself healthier and stronger. To Ryan and Tim you’re not just another client. They are personally invested in making sure that you meet and exceed all your personal goals. They will bring out the best in you if you give them a chance to prove it.
In 3 months, Cristina lost over 6 pounds of pure body fat, dropped her body fat by 3%, gained a pound of muscle, and has developed great eating and exercise habits that will last a lifetime!
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I have always wanted to better myself physically and mentally. I have been trying to get in shape for a long time with little results. I figured it was a good time to get a fitness coach so I'd be able to learn new things and jump start my weight loss journey. I was an athlete in high school and college. But after starting working, I struggled to stay in shape and find time to work out. I got lazy. I saw the add for personal training and I thought this was the extra push I needed to get back into shape. I needed someone to hold me accountable and to encourage me. I knew I needed someone to push me.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I have learned so much since starting. I learned proper form for lifting, the best way to go through a work out circuit. I've learned how to dial in my nutrition. I increased my bench press, squats, and deadlifts. I was able to lose fat and gain muscle. I was able to gain a bunch of confidence so I can continue my weight loss journey on my own.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
I liked having the accountability and the guidance. I think the program is extremely flexible. I was able to work out around my work schedule. I really liked having a shake after each work out too. It's hard to pick out the best part because there are so many positives about the Oak Creek fitness training program.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
There's never going to be a better time to take control of your health than right now. It's actually fun working out with Tim and he is very good at pushing you to your limits so you feel encouraged to keep going. It's also fun to learn new workout routines.
In four short months, Gail lost over 12 pounds of fat, gained 2 pounds of muscle, lowered her body fat 5.5%, lowered here visceral fat 4 points, increased her metabolism, improved mobility, and gained strength to improve daily activities!
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I needed to start a strength building program to avoid the health issues my parents and brother have experienced. I want to be able to increase and maintain strength and mobility to enjoy vacationing with my husband and my family after my retirement.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I have certainly gained strength in my upper body which I have noticed shortly after the training started. Everyday tasks have become much easier. I have also achieved greater strength and flexibility in my lower back and hips which is had declined with a sitting job. My posture is improving as well.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
I liked that the trainer targeted the greatest areas of weakness and I saw a lot of improvement in a short time. The “how and why” certain exercises where done helped me to focus on those area to gain strength. The trainer’s expertise helped me to improve my fitness within my ability. The program was challenging and safe. The trainer and staff at Oak Creek Fitness are so kind and encouraging. They make the gym atmosphere a positive and comfortable place!
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
I would say that you cannot put a price on your health! This program worked for me in that I was taught the proper exercises. I had nutrition counseling and Inbody testing to show me the improvements in my fitness. It is not just about how many pounds you weigh, but the composition of your body. This has freed me to think differently about myself.
Renee has lost over 20lbs since she started at our facility 3 months ago. She feels great and has set 4 USAPL National Powerlifting records!
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
4 years ago the loss of my baby sister, a bad left knee, and the need to lose some serious poundage. I have no no grandchildren yet and would like to be able to play with them (without the need for a walker). I worked with Tim 2 years ago and then went off on my own and got nowhere.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
Since working with Tim, including my time with him at another facility, I have lost 54 pounds. But what really makes me happy is that my body is stronger, more energetic, and so much less pain.

Excellent training here. Tim comes up with ways to keep the workouts interesting and still works my to the max. He is killer. I followed Tim here from another gym because I did not remain motivated on my own. He is very patient.

Get in here and try it out. That first 21 day really sets you up to succeed. Everyone is very friendly and kind. The members who work out here are also friendly and encourage each other. It’s a great place to take care of business.

Try it out! I was skeptical at first, but I was really happy with what I learned and how I felt after each workout. Tim did a wonderful job with making me feel comfortable with being in a gym.

What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I was working out in group fitness programs 5 – 6 days per week that were mainly cardio and some resistance/weight work. I’d been doing this for a few years and was seeing no more results and I was also no longer motivated by the program. I have always been intrigued and interested in working with a personal trainer, but was afraid to make the investment. I was seeing other’s results and excitement with their training programs and knew it was time to step up and try it.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I refused to weigh myself during the first month of training with Tim, but I could see some differences in my body and was feeling stronger and more energetic. I was so excited to hear that I had lost weight and body fat! Working with Tim, I’m realizing that I can push myself harder and farther than I ever thought I could, or would have done on my own. It’s so empowering to feel yourself get stronger and healthier in such a short period of time and have him encouraging me along the way!
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
Every workout with Tim is different than the workout before. I love his creativity and each workout challenges me in new and exciting ways, mentally and physically. It’s great to have him ensure that I am doing the exercises correctly and with proper form. This is especially important for me because I have back issues due to degenerated discs and leg height differences. I always have fun and during our training, and he takes the time to talk with me about nutrition and fitness. He genuinely wants me to get results and succeed in my health and fitness journey.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
Jump over the fence! And if you can’t jump over the fence now, you will be able to after spending time training with Tim! You will not be disappointed in your investment in training with him. You will feel great, see results and have fun! A personal training program will guide and ensure you results in your fitness and wellness journey!
In a few shorts weeks Liz has lost over 5 total pounds and she feels better than she has in years!!! A little nutrition and exercise can go a long way!!!
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I came into Oak Creek Fitness with pain in my heel, knee, and back. I had about 10lbs to lose and Dr. Ken suggested physical therapy as well as working with a personal trainer. I wanted to be pain free (without using drugs),so working with a trainer made sense to me. I wanted to make sure I was lifting weights properly so not to cause more injury to my back.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I am pain free and am much stronger! I lost some weight, but I have gained muscle and feel great.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
Working with Tim kept me on track with my goals. I also appreciate him helping me with my form throughout the week. He made it easy by giving me a program to work on weekly and helped me with my food diary. He gave me a list of foods to eat and recipes to use, which made me accountable for my daily food intake. I learned from Tim that the more weight I was lifting that I needed to add more protein with my meals.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
This is the best investment I’ve done for myself. I’ve never felt healthy and stronger. I would absolutely recommend investing in a personal trainer, they give you that extra push and keep you on track with your goals. Everyone at Oak Creek Fitness is professional and helpful and I will definitely go back to see Tim when I need that extra push.
In 90 days John and Kathy have lost a combined 28 lbs and are feeling stronger and in better shape than they have in years!!
What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
We needed to lose weight and build our strength up and maintain it. We felt that a personal trainer would help us to be motivated, monitor our diet, and provide guidance for proper physical training that would lead to reaching our goals for the next 6 months.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
We have lost weight and are continuing to lose it and building up our strength and endurance. We have been reducing our weight, BMI index is reducing along with our body fat, and increasing our muscle mass.

It greatly helps with our motivation to workout 3 times per week and maintain the nutritional logs which helps us eat right on a regular basis. Tim monitors our diet on a continuing basis and always adjusts our diet in a way that is going to help us reach our goals. The goals are weight loss, muscle and endurance, and motivation to be successful.

The cost, although initially seems high, is well worth the results to lose weight in a reasonable and healthy manner, gain strength through correct physical training, and long term motivation to make these goals to become life long.

What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I’ve always dabbed in various healthy activities, for example, jogging, walking, and bodyweight exercises to name a few. But, I never have been able to get a solid routine in place. I was interested in learning more about using free weights and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted on my own, so I decided to get some personal training and see how much it would help me with my goals. I also wanted to get into a habit of working out regularly for my overall health and well-being.
What results have you achieved since starting our program?
I have lost around 12 pounds and have also gained some muscle which wasn’t really a personal goal, it is great none the less. I have been able to keep up my goal of working our at least 3 times per week. My diet has also improved and I am much more aware of the types of calories that I am eating.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
I like the variety of workouts that are planned for me. I get a good combination of workouts that I am expected to do on my own and workouts where I work with my trainer and get more guidance on techniques and get pushed more to progress. It’s challenging and motivating all at once. I also like the binder that comes with lots of healthy meal and snack ideas. It’s a great jumpstart and guide for healthier eating. It’s nice that although my diet and workout habits are far from perfect, they still provide a great support system and encouragement.

One of the best investments, both in time and money, is in your own health. As a healthcare provider myself, I see the devastating effects of an unhealthy lifestyle, and I realized that it is ok to let someone help you develop the skills needed to live a healthier life. This team at Oak Creek Fitness knows their stuff, will answer your questions, and will help you reach your own goals. You’ll be making a great choice when you team up with them!

What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I always felt I was a healthy individual, eating pretty well and exercising frequently. However, through it all, I wasn’t getting the results I desired and considered myself to be slipping toward the wrong side of my health. I didn’t want that to continue, so I thought a program of this nature would help me get focused and ultimately help me accomplish what I wanted to.
What results have you achieved since starting your program?
I lost a slight amount of weight after the first 4 weeks and after the second 4 weeks I have slowly seen some muscle being added on, which is ultimately what I was/am looking for.
What do you like best about our program/having a trainer?
I enjoy the fact that they design everything based off of what you are looking for. Tim was great in taking what I was looking to accomplish and tailoring my workouts/ nutrition efforts to what would help me achieve my goals. I could always ask questions and seek advice, which was great. The accountability was also nice, because Tim always made sure I was following the plan and making sure I pushed myself to the fullest.
What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program
If you are serious about wanting to improve your health and make changes to live a more healthy lifestyle, I would say go for it. There are many different options and Ryan/Tim are willing to be flexible. Even 30 days can proved knowledge and give one what is needed to make changes and improve.
